Contact Aasan Tax at contact@aasantax.pk to report a wrong rate, suggest a calculator or ask about the site. A message with the page link and your figures is the fastest to check. We read every message and look at rate corrections first.
What to include in your message
A short, specific email lets us reproduce the result without back-and-forth. Please include the details below. Missing details slow the check down.
- The page link, so we know which calculator you used.
- The figures you entered and the result you saw.
- The figure you expected and where it comes from, such as a bill, notice or gazette page.
- A screenshot if the page looks broken on your phone.
What we can help with
We can fix a wrong rate, an outdated date or a broken calculator. We can also take requests for new calculators and explain how a result was worked out. Every correction is checked against the primary source before the page changes. The methodology page describes that process.
What we cannot do
We cannot give personal tax advice, review your return or look up your records. We cannot file with FBR, register a phone with PTA or pay a token tax for you. For those steps, use the official portal or a licensed tax practitioner.
Keep private details out of email
Do not email your CNIC, bank or card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. We never need them to check a rate. If you send them by mistake, tell us and we will delete the message.
