Terms and Disclaimer

The terms and disclaimer on this page apply to every page on aasantax.pk. By using the site you accept them. If you disagree, please stop using the calculators.

Estimates, not tax advice

Aasan Tax gives general information and estimates. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and no adviser-client relationship is created. Your own position can differ because of exemptions, withholding, other income or rules we do not model. For a decision that carries real cost, check the official source or ask a licensed tax practitioner.

Independence from government bodies

Aasan Tax is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for FBR, PTA, NHA, Pakistan Customs, any provincial excise department or the Islamabad Capital Territory administration. We use their names only to identify the source of a rate. Links to their portals are a convenience, and we do not control what those sites say.

Accuracy and changes

We take care to keep rates current and show the date of the last review. Tax law changes often, sometimes at short notice, so a rate can be out of date between reviews. We do not guarantee that any page is complete, current or free of errors. Please report mistakes so we can fix them.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aasan Tax and its team are not liable for any loss that results from using the calculators or relying on a result. That includes underpaid or overpaid tax, penalties, fees and late-payment charges. You are responsible for checking a figure with the official source before you pay or file.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. The calculators are free for personal and professional reference. You agree to the points below.

  • Do not copy whole pages or rate tables to republish them elsewhere.
  • Do not scrape the site at a volume that slows it for other visitors.
  • Do not try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it.

Content and links

The text, layout, code and presentation of the site belong to the Aasan Tax team. You may quote short extracts if you link back to the source page. Tax rates and rules are public law, and we claim no ownership over them.

Changes to the terms and disclaimer

We may update the terms and disclaimer when the site or the law changes. The date shown at the top of the page marks the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from using the site. Questions about the terms can go to contact@aasantax.pk.
